Accessibility statement

We help stores remove barriers, so our own site has to work for everyone. Our goal is WCAG 2.2 level AA.

1. How we test.

   Before each release we run automated checks (axe-core) on every page, with motion on and off, on a desktop screen and a 390-pixel phone screen, and we use the site with a keyboard only. Automated checks find only part of the barriers, so we also review new pages by hand.

2. What you can do here.

   Use every page with a keyboard. Pause all motion with the Pause motion button, or turn on reduced motion in your device settings and we follow it. Zoom to 200% without losing content. The background videos have no sound and no information you need.

3. Known limits.

   Some videos show actors, not real customers. If something here doesn’t work for you, that is a bug and we want to know.

4. Tell us.

   Write to hello@trysnagless.com with the page and what happened. We reply within 2 business days and tell you what we will fix and when.
